The Project CATE Foundation, Inc. With its origin in the Mobile Rotary Club, The Project CATE Foundation, Inc., was formed by members as a non-profit organization. (CATE stands for Conservation Action Through Education.) Its purpose is to facilitate the development, production, and distribution of interactive, interdisciplinary conservation and environmental education programs. The Project CATE Foundation is located in Mobile, Alabama. Its Board of Directors consists of Neil C. Johnston, Esq., Vivian G. Johnston, III, Esq., Erling Riis, III, Jack V. Greer, Jr., Norman D.
